   Some important weight loss TIPS 

                                             

To reduce your appetite,kill your cravings,boost your immune system and dramatically improve your health by it's all natural, and nothing artificial.


WATER:-


           First start with 16 oz of clean, purified water. You can make a liter or even a gallon of this stuff and drink it all day long.

Always prefer room temperature. But if the weather is cold, you can use warm water and if the weather is hot outside, you can use cold water. 


GLUTAMINE:-



            If we’re using 16 oz for today’s demonstration, then add in about ¼ to ½  of a teaspoon of L-glutamine into the water.

L-Glutamine is a tasteless and odorless amino acid, which has a ton of health benefits. 


When your body is under stress, it quickly uses up this amino acid. So it’s very important to make sure you’re body has optimal levels of it because you’re body uses it in large amounts.


So in addition to fighting stress, L-glutamine also 





>    Boosts your immune system.

>    Burns fat and builds muscle.

>    Fights cancer.

>    Improves diabetes and blood sugar levels.

>    Promotes better digestion, especially for those with “leaky gut”, diarrhea, IBS, ulcers, etc...

>    Good for your brain, memory and focus.

>    Reduces sugar cravings and even alcohol cravings.

So as you can see, there are a TON of wonderful benefits with using L-glutamine and that's favorite of most people amino acid.

LEMON JUICE:-




Now, even though lemons are acidic (citrus fruit), they actually help alkalize your body.

Inside our body, when lemon juice has been fully metabolized and its minerals are dissociated in your bloodstream, its effect is alkalizing and therefore raises the pH of your body tissue (pH above 7 is alkaline).


Most diseases and illness are caused by inflammation and being acidic. The no.1 cause of acidity is NOT your diet, but your mind and your stress levels.


So adding lemon juice to the water is great and has many health benefits.


Now,those who people don't have the time or desire to get fresh lemons, cut, squeeze and clean it all up every day. So buy organic lemon juice in a bottle. 


Fresh is best. But if it’s going to be a hassle and you’re not going to do it long-term, then it’s best to pick something that’s easy and convenient.

That’s it... This is the entire drink -- water, glutamine and lemon juice.

STEVIA:-



I like my drink sweetened just a little, so it tastes like lemonade. So I put in just a little bit of natural, organic Stevia extract into my drink.

It will also help further to reduce your sugar cravings and you can have more of your “anti-aging, weight loss” drink because that will too tart for you without Stevia.


GREENS:-
                          
You can also add in some green powders into this drink. It’s totally optional and obviously, they can only improve the health benefits.

I typically add in about 1 teaspoon of Yaeyama Chlorella, Spirulina and Organic Wheat Grass.

However, I only add in these 3 green ingredients first thing in the morning and/or before I exercise. The rest of the time, I only do glutamine, lemon and stevia.


There are times when I’m super hungry and I have this drink, within minutes my hunger is gone and STAYS gone for at least an hour or two! THIS IS MY OWN EXPERIENCE.
